Who We Are
Immediate Edge is a team of developers, traders, and support specialists who share one slightly unglamorous goal: making automated trading feel less intimidating for everyday British users. We're not hedge-fund refugees. Most of us came from software backgrounds and learned trading the long way — by losing a bit of money, reading a lot of books, and eventually realising the tools available to retail traders were… well, not great.
The Immediate Edge platform started in 2017 as a small side project. One of our co-founders had been running a basic signal bot for his own portfolio and couldn't believe there wasn't a cleaner, beginner-friendly version of it on the market. So we built one. What began as a weekend experiment turned into a full-time business once the early beta users started asking if their friends could join too.
Our Mission
Simple: give UK traders an AI auto trading tool that respects their intelligence. That means no flashing "GUARANTEED PROFITS" banners. No hidden charges. No robot-speak customer service. Just a functional, honest Immediate Edge app that does what it says and lets you stay in control of your risk settings.

Our Journey So Far
From a small 2017 beta with a few hundred users to serving more than 180,000 UK sign-ups today, we've grown without taking shortcuts. We've resisted the temptation to bolt on flashy features just for marketing copy. We've kept the platform free to use because that was the original promise, and we stuck to it.
Is everything perfect? No. Honestly, we've made mistakes — a couple of clunky UI decisions in 2022, a slower-than-ideal support period during a holiday season, an outage we should've handled better. We fixed them, wrote about them publicly, and moved on. That's the kind of company we want to be.
The 2026 version of the Immediate Edge app is, in our honest opinion, the best thing we've built so far. Faster, cleaner, more forgiving for first-time users. But we're still improving it, and we probably always will be.
