Terms & Conditions

The rules of the road for using the Immediate Edge platform. Please take a few minutes to read them — they matter.

Last updated: 15 January 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Immediate Edge platform, the Immediate Edge app, or any service offered via the Immediate Edge official website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of them, please don't use our service — it really is that simple.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Immediate Edge UK (the provider). We recommend you read them in full, not just skim them. Yes, it's a bit dry. It's still worth your time.

2. Eligibility

To use the Immediate Edge app, you must:

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts that don't meet these conditions. We'd rather do this upfront than let an unsuitable situation drag on.

3. Account Registration

Creating an account on the Immediate Edge official website is free and takes about two minutes. In exchange, you agree to:

You are responsible for all activity on your account. We take account security seriously, but you have to meet us halfway.

4. Permitted Use

The Immediate Edge app is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to analyse and execute trades through our partnered broker. You may use it on any device you own or are authorised to use, across browser or mobile interfaces.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using Immediate Edge trading services, you agree not to:

If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice. We don't relish doing it, but we will.

6. Broker Relationship

The Immediate Edge platform itself does not hold client funds or execute trades directly. Your trading account is held with a third-party broker that we partner with. When you fund your account, you're funding the broker, not us. Their terms of service and risk disclosures apply in addition to ours.

Please review your broker's documentation carefully. We do our due diligence on the brokers we work with, but you're ultimately entering into a financial relationship with them, not Immediate Edge alone.

7. Fees & Deposits

We do not charge any platform fee, subscription fee, or sign-up fee for using the Immediate Edge UK service. Your minimum deposit (typically £250) goes into your trading account with the partnered broker. That money remains yours — it's capital for trading, not payment to us.

The broker may have their own fees for spreads, withdrawals, or overnight positions. These are disclosed during sign-up and in their documentation. Please read them.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Immediate Edge official website — including the design, logos, text, graphics, algorithms, and interface — is owned by or licensed to Immediate Edge UK. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the site and app for their intended purpose. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell any part of it without written permission.

9. Disclaimers & No Guarantees

This is important, so please read carefully:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Immediate Edge UK will not be liable for:

Nothing in these terms limits liability for things that cannot legally be limited, such as fraud or gross negligence on our part.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@immediatee-edge.com. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. Where possible, we'll give you notice and a chance to put things right.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately, though certain provisions (like intellectual property and limitation of liability) survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally — when new features launch, when laws change, or when we've simply realised a clause needed improving. When we make material changes, we'll notify registered users by email and post a notice on the site. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to them or your use of the Immediate Edge platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence says otherwise.

14. How to Contact Us

For legal questions, email legal@immediatee-edge.com. For anything else, our contact page lists the right email for each topic.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. We know terms pages aren't the most thrilling part of any website — but if you're using a financial platform, knowing the rules upfront matters.
